Second Course

  • Seven layer salad: mixed greens, tomatoes, eggs, onions, peas, cheddar, gruyere, avocado mash, crispy Parma ham, herb buttermilk dressing
Third Course
  • Pork Osso Bucco: sage mushroom and goat cheese bread pudding, braised mustard greens, fried leeks
  • 5 oz Filet and Lobster: roasted shallot mashed potatoes, squash au gratin, mushroom bordelaise, rosemary drawn butter

  • Lamb Tenderloin: smashed confit potatoes, asparagus, mint chimichurri
