First Course:

Street Corn-wood grilled ears, cilantro cream, lime, white cheese

Broccoli Baffle- fried broccoli, lemon zest, sea salt, vegan cashew aioli

Small House Rev-mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, fried black eyed peas, cheddar

Small Grilled Romaine-roasted corn, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro Caesar


Second Course:

Chicken and Waffle-fried boneless breast, malted waffle, sweet potato cream, IPA collard greens, chipotle maple

Grilled Pork Chop- roasted sweet potatoes, caramelized onion, kale, local mushrooms, fig demi-glace

Chef’s Vegetarian Selection-grilled marinated tofu, pecan pesto, local vegetables

Gulf Shrimp- Herb Fettuccine, toasted pine nuts, roasted pepper cream, fried basil, manchego
